First and foremost, the price was by far the best when I went to compare against others that you see around town.

As with any home project, there’s always things that come up. Jerry King along with Stephen, Matt, Josh and Eli went above and beyond to help me find a solution. The four gentlemen that worked to install my new gas, furnace and air conditioner as well as helping me deal with the gas line issue were all very professional and took the extra time to make sure that I understood everything that was being done.

I would highly recommend King’s Heating and Plumbing and I’m so glad that I signed up for the annual service feature that they offer.

Thank you again for a great customer experience at a very reasonable price.

King's did a Great job! We got excellent customer care. They answered all of our questions. They installed a water heater and water softener in one day then came the next and put in a new furnace and central air. They've got very reasonable rates! We just had a good experience with them start to finish!

Replaced water heater and cleaned up some work related to my furnace. Called at 9am and Dustin was at my door in less than an hour. Very professional and courteous. Explained everything well and went right to work. Very happy with all of his work.

Very disappointed. I felt with all their years in business they were who to call when water heater wasn't working. He (Dustin) came, measured, told us a tank would not fit as they are wider now. This is true however he offered no option other than to have wall cut out. Basically we paid $100 for him to use his tape measure and give us a "free" jar opener. $100 because I had $100 bill and he had no change, told me I would have to drive to office for my $5 change (would have spent that in gas and time to drive there!). Called another company, affirmed the space has too narrow opening however told us of a few alternatives. We ended up getting a tankless water heater, expensive yes but we had to have something and a tank was not an option.
My question is why didn't Kings talk to us about any other fix? I basically paid $100 for him to pull out tape measure and say sucks to be you, and leave...oh and hand us jar opener! My hubby said pretty expensive rubber jar opener eh? Is this their standard type of service?

UPDATE: I received a call today. Jeff, from Kings was very polite and shared his disappointment in our experience. He stated this will be addressed with the representative who was here and shared with other team members (as a precautionary tale). He asked if they could refund the service call fee we paid ($100), I, of course, agreed to this offer. I really appreciate the refund but more importantly I appreciate Jeff taking time to read my review and call us to further inquire and to offer a resolution. We had, unfortunately for them, already bought a system with another provider.

It is extremely vital we, the consumer, share your experiences, I know from having overseen 7 clinics in my career we don't always know what all transpires with each of our team members and our customers (patients in my case) this often results in our inability to fix things (we can't fix what we dont know is "broke"). ALWAYS take the time to provide feedback!

Great Customer Service

Jerry, I just wanted to take a minute and thank you for the great deal you gave me on my new water heater Wednesday. (by the way, it works great and now my home is vented correctly). I also want to let you know that... throughout the day your guy at the counter was giving great customer service. Before we saw you, he was giving us his attention and trying to solve our problem and shooting straight with us the whole time. It seems anymore in America "customer service" is an oxymoron (like jumbo shrimp or pretty ugly). So, it is very refreshing when a company like King's offers the kind of service you do. So many people are trying to sell consumers their product...but when your guy gives us so much valuable help he's really selling me on Kings. So many big companies have lost the art of customer service...I'm so glad that someone in my generation is running a local business where customer service is alive and well. So, just wanted to say again, thanks for all the help and the great deal. And please be encouraged to keep taking care of customers. Your crew made a great impression on me yesterday and you can be sure I'll rave to my friends about how I was treated. Thanks.
