Jerry, I just wanted to take a minute and thank you for the great deal you gave me on my new water heater Wednesday. (by the way, it works great and now my home is vented correctly). I also want to let you know that... throughout the day your guy at the counter was giving great customer service. Before we saw you, he was giving us his attention and trying to solve our problem and shooting straight with us the whole time. It seems anymore in America "customer service" is an oxymoron (like jumbo shrimp or pretty ugly). So, it is very refreshing when a company like King's offers the kind of service you do.
