Great Customer Service

Jerry, I just wanted to take a minute and thank you for the great deal you gave me on my new water heater Wednesday. (by the way, it works great and now my home is vented correctly). I also want to let you know that... throughout the day your guy at the counter was giving great customer service. Before we saw you, he was giving us his attention and trying to solve our problem and shooting straight with us the whole time. It seems anymore in America "customer service" is an oxymoron (like jumbo shrimp or pretty ugly). So, it is very refreshing when a company like King's offers the kind of service you do. So many people are trying to sell consumers their product...but when your guy gives us so much valuable help he's really selling me on Kings. So many big companies have lost the art of customer service...I'm so glad that someone in my generation is running a local business where customer service is alive and well.
